Zara Dragoo M.S., CCC-SLP, is a board licensed Speech and Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensure to practice in the state of California. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Eastern Washington Health Sciences.
Zara has worked in various settings, including hospitals, private practice, early learning programs, schools, outpatient facilities, home health, and more. Offering In-Home and Virtual Therapy for school-age children.
With a special passion for working with children with speech and language disorders, Zara enjoys teaching families the tips and tricks to support early and continued speech and language development. Zara created her private practice with the hopes of providing speech and language services and play-based therapy to facilitate successful communication to those who are dealing with communication difficulties. Zara believes in treating the whole patient and wants her clients to feel they are so much more than just their disorder. With her deep understanding and compassionate approach to speech therapy, Zara uses an individualized, client centered approach to her diagnostic and therapeutic work.
